Hourly Pay Rate: $60.30

What Youll Do

Provide skilled nursing care in the Operating Room / Surgery unit.
Assist with preoperative assessments and preparations.
Support intraoperative procedures and ensure patient safety.
Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergent needs during surgery.
Document patient care accurately and timely.
Collaborate with surgical team members and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives as assigned.

What You Need

Valid RN license for New Mexico or a valid Compact state license.
BLS Certification (AHA).
ACLS Certification (AHA).
Prior perioperative or surgical nursing experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
