• Shift: Nights, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM (4 days/week, 10 hours/day)

• Licenses/Certifications: Current NM RN license or compact state license, BLS, ACLS
• Experience: 2+ years preferred; new grads considered at CN I level

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in the operating room and surgical units
• Obtain and document initial patient assessments and prioritize care based on patient needs
• Reassess patient status regularly, identify trends, and modify care plans accordingly
• Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with standards of care
• Participate in patient and family education, discharge planning, and follow-up procedures
• Perform Point of Care testing and other clinical tasks as required
• Collaborate with surgical teams, physicians, and staff to ensure efficient surgical processes

What You NeedRequired:

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid compact state license
• BLS Certification from AHA
• ACLS Certification from AHA
• Minimum of 2 years of RN clinical experience (new grads considered at CN I level)

Preferred:

• Experience in surgical or perioperative nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
