What Youll Do

Perform and document initial patient assessments and set priorities based on patient needs
Reassess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care within nursing standards
Make timely nursing decisions and modify care plans based on patient outcomes
Participate in patient/significant other education and discharge planning
Implement and document interventions appropriate to patient needs
Support a high-performing care team by communicating effectively and coordinating assignments while floating as needed

What You NeedRequired

Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license
BLS via AHA certification
ACLS via AHA certification
Ability to work nights (7PM7AM)
Ability to float to additional units/locations as assigned

Preferred

Additional certifications may be required based on unit placement (as applicable)
