Join Our Team as a 51101 - Travel: RN - Operating Room/Surgery - DAYSAre you a skilled Registered Nurse passionate about surgical care and eager to contribute your expertise in a dynamic hospital environment? We are seeking dedicated OR/Surgery RNs to provide exceptional patient care in a daytime schedule, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Valid RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
Current BLS certification via AHA
ACLS certification via AHA
Minimum of 1 year experience in an operating room or surgical setting
Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and handle complex clinical situations
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with advanced surgical procedures
Familiarity with hospital electronic health records (EHR)
Prior travel nursing experience
Bilingual abilities to assist diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) highly preferred
At least one year of relevant OR or surgical nursing experience

Other Requirements:

Willingness to float between assignments at PMC and Main campus as staffing needs dictate
Ability to work full-time days from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
No weekend or on-call requirements; optional call duties available
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and provide exceptional care throughout long shifts
Travel or reimbursement considerations when applicable
