We are seeking a highly skilled ER Travel RN to join our team for night shifts, bringing your expertise to high-pressure situations while enjoying the flexibility of travel assignments. Make a difference in patients’ lives while exploring new locations and advancing your nursing career.What You Will Do: As an Emergency Room Travel RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering urgent, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER environment. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and execute timely interventions to improve patient outcomes. Your role involves effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring safety, quality, and compassionate care throughout every shift. You will also support hospital staff, participate in patient education, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current RN license valid in New Mexico or a Compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from AHA (or ENPC)
• TNCC or ATCN certification required
• Demonstrated proficiency in emergency nursing care and patient assessment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• CPI certification or equivalent
• Experience in ER or trauma settings
• Ability to float to other units when required
• Experience working in diverse patient populations

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred
• Previous travel nurse experience is a plus but not required

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to float as needed based on census and acuity
• Ability to work nights (3PM – 3AM) on a rotating schedule, with up to 2 weekends per 4-week cycle
• No on-call requirement, but may be placed on call during low census periods
• Travel and licensing reimbursements when applicable
