Valid RN license in your state or a compact license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate clinical competence in oncology settings
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex patient needs with compassionate care

Nice to Have Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)
At least 1 year of experience in oncology nursing
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Familiarity with night shift workflows and patient routines

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Nursing (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience, with a focus on oncology care preferred
Valid RN license in your state or eligible for a compact license

Other Requirements:

Availability to work weekend shifts
Willingness to travel as part of your role
Certification in chemotherapy or specialized oncology training (a plus)
