- Participate in patient/significant other education and discharge planning.
- Perform Point of Care testing as required by unit protocols.
- Deliver care with professionalism, respect, and alignment to unit standards and nursing competencies.
- Current New Mexico RN licenseorcurrent Compact state license
- BLS certification (AHA)
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program (RN)
- Relevant experience to the clinical area (specific preference not stated)
- Additional nursing education/certifications (only considered for clinical ladder level per requirements)
