• Licensure: RN License in NM or Compact & BLS (AHA) required
• Experience: 1+ year in oncology preferred
• Duration: Ongoing assignment, with potential extensions
• Pay Rate: $60.30/hour
• Travel & Reimbursements: Travel reimbursement, licensure, and certification costs covered where applicable

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert oncology nursing care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration
• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patients for side effects and effectiveness
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and care activities accurately
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and aftercare plans
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Practice independently within the scope of nursing standards and protocols
• Assist in managing long-term patient care goals and contingencies

What You NeedRequired:

• RN license in New Mexico or current compact license
• BLS certification from AHA
• 1+ year of nursing experience in oncology or similar specialty
• Chemotherapy certification is required

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with complex patient care and multidisciplinary teams
