Join Our Dynamic Travel Nursing Team as a 52101 - RN - MedSurg/Ortho!Are you a dedicated registered nurse passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced, orthopedic and medical-surgical setting? Valid RN license in the state of NM or a compact license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
At least 1 year of recent experience in MedSurg and Orthopedic nursing
Strong assessment and clinical judgment skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and in team settings
Proficient in documentation and medication administration protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

Prior travel nursing experience
Additional certifications such as TNCC, ACLS, or Orthopedic nursing certifications
Bilingual capabilities to enhance patient interaction
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree highly preferred
Minimum of 1 year of recent MedSurg or Orthopedic nursing experience in a reputable healthcare setting

Willingness to travel and adapt to various hospital environments
Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
Compliance with all healthcare facility policies and safety protocols
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
