This role offers the chance to expand your clinical expertise, experience new locations, and enjoy competitive compensation.This position plays a vital role in providing comprehensive nursing care to a variety of patients, including those with general medical, surgical, orthopedic, behavioral health, obstetric surgical, and pediatric needs. You will work with a diverse team, exercising independence while demonstrating clinical competence and cultural sensitivity. Your ability to adapt to changing situations, delegate effectively, and prioritize patient safety will ensure optimal outcomes.Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico or a compact license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical-surgical or telemetry nursing.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records, preferably EPIC.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with behavioral health, obstetrics, pediatrics, or orthopedic nursing.
• Knowledge of advanced emergency protocols and complex patient management.
• Prior travel nursing experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting.

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work nights from 7 PM to 7 AM.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different hospital environments.
• Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations and licensing requirements.
• Ability to provide safe, competent, and compassionate care in high-pressure scenarios.
