Join Our Team as a 52230 - Travel RN - Oncology and Make a Difference in Patient CareAre you a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity to travel and expand your clinical experience? We are looking for passionate, skilled RNs to provide exceptional oncology care across various settings. Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico or a valid compact license
BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
Minimum 1 year of experience in oncology or related nursing specialty
Proficiency in nursing assessment, medication administration, patient education, and documentation
Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond effectively to patient needs
Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills to engage with patients and families
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of safety protocols, infection control, and clinical best practices

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with long-term oncology care or complex treatment plans
Additional certifications such as OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
At least 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience in a clinical setting
Previous travel nursing experience is a plus

Availability to start on 03/30/2026
Ability to travel to various healthcare facilities as needed
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Willingness to comply with all applicable state, federal, and local laws related to travel and healthcare provisions

This role offers an hourly pay rate of $53.60, along with benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and an attractive referral bonus program.
