You will collaborate with physicians, staff, and management to ensure optimal patient outcomes, maintain clinical competency, and uphold hospital policies. Your role entails effective communication, teamwork, medication safety, and cultural sensitivity, all while supporting the hospital’s mission of compassionate care.Required Skills:

• Proven proficiency in cardiac cath lab nursing
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient safety protocols
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication

Nice to Have Skills:

• Multilingual capabilities
• Experience with end-of-life care and complex patient scenarios
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with hospital quality improvement processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical Cath Lab setting
• Valid RN license in New Mexico
• BLS, ACLS, and Verbal CPI certifications required

Other Requirements:

• Travel availability as needed
• Currently active BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and hospital protocols
