Job Description
We are a boutique high-end dental practice in search of a full-time administrative bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have dental knowledge as well as bookkeeping experience being highly organized with amazing follow-through and consistency in executing tasks.Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring outstanding treatments + balances via Dentrix
- Posting debits and credits
- Managing accounts payable
- Producing and sending invoices
- Assisting the administrative team with completing payroll
- This role is expected to require 40 hours per week.
- This team member will be asked to report to work in our Bensonhurst, Brooklyn location
Administrative Bookkeeper Objectives:

- Collaborate with administrators to maintain accurate financial records.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience using Dentrix
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience recording financial transactions
- You must be VERY self-disciplined. We don’t micromanage anyone here. We focus on hiring VERY WELL and managing VERY LITTLE.
