Inventory Assistant

Hathor Network is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to support our inventory management operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring efficient inventory control, and assisting in the smooth flow of goods within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels in the system.

Assist in conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts.

Organize and label inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to manage stock replenishments.

Monitor inventory discrepancies and report any shortages or damages.

Ensure compliance with storage and safety guidelines.

Assist in preparing reports on inventory levels and stock movements.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management is a plus.

Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to lift and move inventory items as needed.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
