Job Description
Looking for a flexible schedule, competitive compensation, and a low-stress call rotation—all while making a meaningful impact in a rural community? A progressive, well-supported medical center in Eastern Montana's scenic Badlands is hiring an OBGYN Physician to join their highly collaborative and close-knit team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide comprehensive OB and GYN care to patients in a critical access hospital and clinic setting
- Manage a range of women's health services including prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecological exams/procedures
- Perform minor office-based procedures and selected lab tests
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers (PA/NPs) for coordinated care
- Participate in a low-volume call rotation (1:2)
- Contribute to the medical center’s mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Structure
- 10 days per month (ideal: consecutive days, but some flexibility may be needed)
- Onsite inpatient + outpatient coverage
- Low delivery volume + manageable call responsibilities
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of an accredited MD or DO program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Montana medical license or eligibility to obtain
- At least 2 years of experience preferred, but open to strong newer grads
- Commitment to community-based, full-spectrum care
