As a Popeyes Food Service Foreman at the Exchange, you'll be a leader in a community that thrives on service-to each other, our customers, and the military families we are proud to serve. The Exchange environment reinforces that how we work is just as important as the results we achieve. In this role, you will lead by example, support daily operations, and ensure the delivery of the New Orleans-style food that made Popeyes famous while upholding AAFES service standards.

So what can you expect as a Food Service Foreman at the Exchange?

• Supervise and coordinate shift operations to ensure efficient, high-quality food service execution
• Lead by example in delivering a friendly, personalized customer experience with every interaction
• Ensure all customers are promptly greeted and acknowledged, maintaining a strong service culture
• Coach and support associates in understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products
• Ensure customers have an extraordinary dining experience through service, speed, and product quality
• Oversee accurate and efficient transaction processing while encouraging positive customer engagement
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all Popeyes and Exchange operational standards
• Train, mentor, and develop associates to build a capable, engaged, and service-focused team
• Actively communicate and promote the Military Star Credit Card to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
• Resolve customer concerns and operational challenges quickly and professionally

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the store, as needed
• Must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and other team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• 6 months food supervisory experience required
