- Owner Operator has access to the expandable load board which gives live load options
- No Force Dispatch
- Must be a sleeper truck
- Non Trucking liability and occupational insurance required
- 5th wheel must be 47.5 inches tall or less
- Truck must weigh 20,000lbs or less
- 53 ft trailer
