HVAC/R Service Technician — Syracuse, NY

What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems (rooftop units, chillers, refrigeration systems, etc.).
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Diagnose issues accurately and provide clear repair recommendations to customers.
- Maintain detailed service reports and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
- Support installation projects and system upgrades as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and uphold company standards of workmanship.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC/R service experience (commercial/industrial preferred).
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
