As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in designing, installing, and maintaining the electrical systems that keep our advanced manufacturing facilities running efficiently and safely. What You’ll Do:
Design and implement cutting-edge electrical distribution and control systems for manufacturing equipment.
Collaborate across divisions to support engineering and controls initiatives that drive company-wide success.
Ensure all systems meet NFPA and NEC code requirements—safety and precision are top priorities.
Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using industry-standard tools and diagnostic equipment.
Inspect and assess systems to prevent hazards, ensure compliance, and optimize performance.
Develop and execute detailed wiring layouts and installation plans in line with technical specs and safety standards.
Proactively recommend improvements and lead strategic upgrades to electrical systems.
Spearhead new equipment purchases, installations, and team training to ensure seamless transitions and performance gains.
Drive efficiency, quality, and reliability by applying innovative electrical solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Skilled at reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and industrial equipment
Proven experience in manufacturing environments
Computer-savvy with MS Office; CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) is a strong plus
Familiar with PLCs, HMI systems, and automation tools
Excellent planning and project management abilities—can prioritize months in advance
Driven and self-directed, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow
Creative and analytical thinker with strong mechanical intuition
