Janitor

Introduction:

We are seeking reliable and efficient janitors to join our team and ensure that our facilities are clean and well-maintained. You may be responsible for cleaning office spaces, restrooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility, as well as performing tasks such as monthly deep cleaning and inventory management. The successful candidate will be flexible with night shifts, have strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in both team and independent environments.

This position starts at $16/hour with great potential for timely wage increases and professional growth.

We have part-time and full-time positions available!

Responsibilities:

• Clean assigned rooms, restrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and changing linens

• Perform tasks such as regular deep cleaning and inventory management

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Report any supply needs, maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate team members

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Janitorial experience preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently independently and with team members

• Basic technological skills, ie. email and smart phone apps for time tracking

• Valid license and reliable transportation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 30lbs unassisted
