Now Hiring: Float Provider- Acute Care (3 Site Coverage)

Location: Multiple Sites- Ukiah, Willits, and Lakeport, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Hours | No Panel Management

MCHC Health Centers is seeking a dedicated Float Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to join our team and deliver high-quality acute care coverage across three of our health centers. This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys variety, thrives in fast-paced clinical settings, and wants to focus solely on acute visits without the ongoing responsibility of a patient panel.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide short-term coverage for primary care providers who are out

  • Treat same-day and acute care patients of all ages

  • Work closely with care teams at each site to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care

  • Flex between our Ukiah, Willits, and Lakeport health centers based on clinical need

What We're Looking For:

  • Licensed MD/DO, NP, or PA in the state of California

  • Comfortable working independently in a team-based model

  • Strong acute care/urgent care skills

  • Flexible and adaptable with excellent communication
