π What Youβll Do:

Lead & Inspire β Oversee a team of 2-5 engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Manage Projects β Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.

Client Collaboration β Work directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to build strong relationships.
β
Quality & Innovation β Review engineering designs, cost estimates, and reports to ensure accuracy and excellence.
β
Strategic Growth β Play a key role in business development and help expand our Public Works services.
Requirements
π― What You Bring:
πΉ Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, specifically in Public Works (district engineering, local agencies).
πΉ Excellent communication skills β written & verbal.
πΉ Leadership experience β ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
πΉ Project planning & regulatory knowledge β familiarity with federal, state, and local policies.
πΉ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
π Qualifications:
π Bachelorβs Degree in Civil Engineering (accredited program).
π 5-7 years of civil engineering experience (Team Lead II requires 2+ years of supervisory experience).
π PE License (or ability to obtain one) is a plus!

Compensation - Between $95k - $130k/annually dependent on experience + additional benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401k match
