We are lookingfor a technical minded Maintenance Engineer who wants to be a part of a fast-growing company.

The maintenance engineer is responsible for providing an attractive, clean, safe, and well-maintained property, using a systematic approach that maximizes guest satisfaction and properly controls labor and materials utilized.

We are in search of qualified candidates who can excel at the following:

â Always maintain a professional appearance

â Maintain and repair the interior/exterior of the building, guest rooms, meeting rooms, laundry, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, water treatment systems and swimming pool.

â Inspect all operating systems and components of the hotel.

â Address and resolve guest complaints in a timely manner.

â Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop.

â Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical/electrical equipment, HVAC units, refrigeration, plumbing systems and guest rooms.

â Maintain cleanliness of hotel grounds.

â Assist with hotel security.

â Maintain accurate maintenance records.

â Inform management of hazardous situations, emergencies, or security threats.
