We are hiring professional Class A CDL drivers who take pride in their equipment, their safety record, and the work they do.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Class A CDL Flatbed Driver for regional routes with home daily scheduling. This position involves hauling building materials and other flatbed freight within Indiana and surrounding states.

Flatbed experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong safety record.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Overtime paid at 1.5x.
Weekly direct deposit.
Paid orientation and on-the-job training.
Home daily.
Paid holidays and vacation (after 90 days).
Comprehensive healthcare package (after 90 days).
Assigned trucks.
Dedicated in-house equipment service team.

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL (No E Restriction).
Minimum 2 years CDL driving experience preferred.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
Must meet FMCSA requirements.
Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen.
Must participate in FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
Must pass background screening.
Ability to secure flatbed loads safely.
Professional and dependable work history.

Applicants with prior failed drug tests or serious safety violations will not be considered.

Essential Duties:

Safely operate tractor trailer in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
Transport materials to designated destinations.
Properly secure flatbed loads.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
Maintain accurate ELD logs (company provided tablet).
Maintain communication with dispatch.
Maintain clean and organized equipment.
Follow all yard safety procedures (5 MPH speed limit).

Physical Requirements:

Lift and secure loads up to 50 lbs.
Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and secure freight.
Work in outdoor conditions year round.
Ability to safely enter and exit cab and trailer multiple times daily.

Exposure to weather and construction environments.
Loud environments and moving equipment.
