Nursing Assistant Job Description

TRAVEL CONTRACT – CNA – MED-SURG

Location: Pittsfield, MA 13 Weeks Days, Nights & Evenings Shifts AvailablePay rate Hourly: $32/hrStart Date: ASAP |8 hrs non-billable orientation

Key Requirements

MA CNA License – must be active & in hand at submission
BLS – AHA Required
COVID-19 Vaccination Required (Dose after 10/3/2023)
OR submit medical/religious exemption with signed form (masking required if approved)
NO Local Candidates – Must live 50+ miles from facility (perm address must be included)

Job Requirements

2 Years of recent Med-Surg CNA experience
Meditech Expanse experience preferred
Must have own transportation
No block scheduling
RTO must be submitted with profile – Max 5 days allowed
Must list 2 specific interview time slots (NO “anytime” will be accepted)

Skills Checklist (completed within 1 year)
1 Supervisor-signed reference (from last 2 years)
MA CNA License & BLS Certificate
COVID Vaccine Card or exemption form

Other Details

Dress Code: Any color scrubs
