Job Description
- Competitive Pay:Opportunity to earn $50,000 – $95,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
- Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends off)

- Communicate with customers, understand their concerns, and build trust
- Create estimates and explain repair options clearly and professionally
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Support technicians by helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Strong communication, listening, and typing skills
- Friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
- Customer service experience is helpful but we’re willing to train the right person
