• Lead and inspire a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting and revenue cycle optimization
• Collaborate closely with our Director of Operations to align practice goals with organizational objectives

Your Toolkit

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience captaining the ship in healthcare practice management
• Proficiency in practice management software and Google Workspace (we're a Google-powered practice!)
• Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare management (we'll be pioneers together!)
• Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) certification preferred but not required for the right candidate
