Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a dynamic instructor lead boxing and fitness experience. Our group fitness workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather’s training and techniques using a variety of boxing combinations, cardio, endurance, and strength training. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to find their inner champ. Our team encourages members and guests to find what being a champ means to them through their fitness journey.

Pay Structure: Hourly + Commission

We are currently hiring for a Sales associate with sales experience with strong closing skills:

• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required
• Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment
• Ability to work and function in a team environment
• Health & Fitness minded people required
• High School diploma required

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales, retail sales, and maximizing workout traffic.
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients.
• Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a friendly, positive experience at the Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio.
• Accurately follow the daily studio checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities.
• Work hand-in-hand with our instructors to guide potential members through their first Mayweather Boxing & Fitness workout.
• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Maintains an organized and clean lobby & front desk at all times
• Keep up with studio cleaning checklists
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Mayweather Boxing & Fitness training programs.
