Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Service Technician:

Performing HVAC Service & Repairs – Diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment issues efficiently.
Providing Exceptional Customer Service – Ensuring a professional and positive experience for customers.
Reading and Interpreting Electrical Schematics – Using schematics to troubleshoot and repair systems.
Handling Service Calls – Responding to service requests within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville, IL.
Maintaining Equipment & Workspaces – Ensuring all tools and work areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained
Using Computer Systems – Entering job details and reports into a system with basic computer literacy
Driving to Job Sites – Traveling to customer locations

Requirements

1+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred)
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment effectively
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics
Basic computer literacy
Ability to type on a keyboard with ease
Clean driving record
Willingness to undergo drug testing and background screening
Possession of EPA Section 608 TYPE 2 Certification
Willingness to take service calls within a 60-mile radius of Jacksonville
