Job Role: Structure & Payload Design Engineer Location: Everett, WA (Osnite) Duration: 12+ Monhts
Pay Range: $70-75/hr

Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Payloads Design Engineer to join our Interiors Team. This role involves working on innovative aircraft cabin and cargo engineering products and designs, supporting production systems, and collaborating with aerospace suppliers and airlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with engineering processes and tools, including CSDT, CATIA, ENOVIA, PDM, and associated release processes
- Experience with aircraft cabin and cargo engineering products and designs
- Experience supporting the validation of compliance to regulatory requirements
- Experience working with regulators
- Prior work experience in the aerospace industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding and demonstrated experience with FAA Title 14 Part 25 and/or EASA equivalent
- Experience in aerospace interiors, materials, and properties
- 2 years of experience in program or project management, including development and execution of schedule milestones, financial assessments, resource assessments, and risk management
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, integrating, and documenting structural and interior payload system requirements
- Develop, maintain, and modify basic structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3-D CAD tools
- Perform tests to validate and verify that systems and components meet requirements and specifications
- Support supplier development, test, and production activities
- Investigate emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs
