Product Review Engineer 2 (Liaison Engineering)
• Location: Everett, WA (onsite) – work may also occur at Everett, Auburn, Puyallup, Renton, Seattle, WA or Portland, OR• Duration: ~9 months• Start Date: 04/03/2026• Positions: 5• Pay Rate: $53/hr• Schedule: First shift (may rotate)
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Product Review Engineers (Liaison Engineers) to support production operations across multiple manufacturing sites in the Pacific Northwest. This role serves as the engineering representative on the factory floor, working closely with production teams to resolve technical issues, support manufacturing processes, and ensure designs are successfully implemented in production environments.
The ideal candidate is a proactive engineer who can make timely decisions, collaborate across engineering and production teams, and troubleshoot issues directly within a manufacturing environment.
This position is 100% onsite and may require work across multiple regional facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production non-conformances and develop engineering dispositions
Conduct root cause analysis and support resolution of manufacturing issues
Apply engineering principles to resolve technical, operational, and quality concerns
Evaluate deviations from design intent and recommend corrective actions
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and participate in technical design reviews
Collaborate with production personnel to ensure designs are correctly implemented
Develop and implement product and process improvements
Participate in investigations related to production issues and equipment support
Support structural repairs and modifications when required
Develop or support non-destructive testing procedures and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited program
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Structures engineering
Systems engineering
Design engineering
Production/manufacturing engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities
Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes or materials engineering
Prior MRB certification or experience supporting aircraft structures or systems
Strong collaboration and communication skills in a production environment
Work Environment
This role requires working directly in a manufacturing/factory environment, which may include:
Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial equipment
Walking production floors and entering aircraft during build stages
Navigating stairs and other physical conditions typical of manufacturing facilities
Additional Details
Training: Participation in a training rotation program (approximately 9 months)
Shift: May include first, second, or third shift assignments and occasional weekend work depending on site requirements
Travel: Limited regional travel between Pacific Northwest facilities may occur
Work Authorization: Must meet U.S. export compliance requirements
