Capability to work on 737 MAX structure, systems, interiors, exterior decorative finishes, flight squawks and support delivery activity. Ability to work independently. Demonstrate leadership and willingness to guide others. Support off-shift/weekend/overtime work as required. o If you have a strong preference for off-shift support, include this in the application. Preferred Qualifications: Current/Previous Delivery Center work experience highly desired. Experience with Flight Squawk resolution process. In-Depth knowledge of systems and functional test troubleshooting. Capable of communicating with customers and leading technical discussions. Familiarity with AFRS. Knowledge of Drawing Change Processes (EQC, ELR, MCC, RR, MR, PRR).0002 Prior CI&R experience
