Heavy Truck Mechanic – Tioga & Williston, ND
Work with a Team That Values Hard Work, Ownership & Getting the Job Done Right.
Ruach Resources is growing fast and built to last. We crush rock, haul aggregate, and run ready-mix concrete in the Bakken. Our mechanics keep our fleet rolling.
We're looking for skilled, dependable Heavy Truck Mechanics to maintain and repair our fleet of semi-trucks, ready-mix trucks, and trailers. If you're looking for steady work, a great team, and opportunities to grow, let's talk.
What You'll Work On
✔ Preventative Maintenance & Inspections – Greasing, oil changes, services
✔ Brake & Suspension Work – Drums, discs, airbags, shocks, wheel bearings
✔ Hydraulics & Electrical Repairs – Fix leaks, wiring, and troubleshoot issues
✔ Basic Engine & Drivetrain Work – Transfer cases, differentials, but no major rebuilds
✔ Fleet Software Use – Track repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules
✅ Trucks You'll Work On: Semi-trucks (Peterbilt, Kenworth), front-discharge mixers (Allison auto + Cummins/DD13 engines), side/belly dumps.
Work Location & Schedule
Shop-Based: Work primarily in Tioga's heated shop, but sometimes in Williston (we are actively looking for a Williston shop).
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Saturdays optional, based on workload).
✅ Steady Work Year-Round: In winter, our mechanics focus on extra maintenance & fleet readiness – no downtime.
Who We're Looking For
Team Players Only. Mechanics who work well with others and put the company first.
Farm-Kid Mentality Helps. People who grew up around equipment tend to be sharp problem-solvers.
No Excuses. No Drama. We need problem-solvers, not people who make excuses or pass the blame.

- Strong in brakes, suspension, hydraulics, and electrical work
- Own tools required (we provide specialty tools & diagnostics)
