Job Description
Venture Dynamics is looking for a well-rounded Project Manager and a Superintendent for an upcoming multi-family commercial construction project in Norfolk, VA. It's important that you are not only experienced but can work collaboratively and are personable while working with other teams on the job site. Ideal candidates should have: 5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction, specifically in multi-family projects Strong communication and leadership skills A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work well with others A solid understanding of construction processes and project management best practices We’re looking for people who are knowledgeable, likable, and can represent the team well in a joint venture environment. Salary is based upon the interview feedback.
