Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00/hr (BASED ON EXPERIENCE)

Job Summary

Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver for IMMEDIATE PLACEMENT for the following days/hours for client located in Pittsburgh, PA (Ross Twp, North Hills Area):

Tuesday, Thursday (1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
May also need to assist wife from time to time - tying shoes, transport to doctors appts if daughter cannot, grocery shopping.

Client Diagnosis: Heart Condition - Stents, Chronic Frailty, Hearing/Vision Impairment, Fall Risk, Sleep Apnea, C-pap (at night), Asthma - Inhaler - Breathing Machine, Diabetes - Insulin Shots

Duties may include but not limited to:

Cooking and Light Housekeeping
Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
Grocery Shopping
Companionship
Range of Motion Exercises
Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
Driving to Appointments and Errands
Walking and Transfer Assistance Medication Reminders
ADL's
Ambulation
Change Depends
Transportation - Does NOT need vehicle BUT DO NEED a valid driver's license

Caregiver Requirements:

At least 1 year experience
2 Step TB Test
Pass Criminal Background Checks
Pass Child Clearances (when applicable)
Pass Fingerprinting (when applicable)

Benefits and Perks

Sign on Bonus - $500
Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
Health Insurance: Full time ONLY (ask details)
Payrate: Pay Rate: $14.00 - $16.00/hr BASED ON EXPERIENCE)
