Benefits/Perks Flexible Schedule Competitive Pay Career Advancement Job Summary We’re looking to hire a hard-working, dependable, and dedicated Cleaning Tech 1 who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces, disposing of garbage, performing routine maintenance, inspecting premises, using specialist cleaning machinery. In addition to maintenance tasks, you will be responsible for other light duty task such as changing lightbulbs etc. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, Integrity and experience with cleaning equipment and supplies. Responsibilities · Communicate (written or verbal) with internal and external shareholders issues. · Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. · Clean mirrors and surfaces · Clean and supply restrooms · Remove waste and empty trash. · Maintain cleaning chart indicating areas that were cleaned and inspected. · Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies. · Organize janitorial storage areas. · Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions or concerning the need for repairs or maintenance. Qualifications At least 1 years of experience in janitorial services Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Excellent stamina and physical health Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
