Our Ideal Candidate 

We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, is client-focused, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This includes:

• DVM or equivalent from an accredited program.Licensed or eligible to practice in Delaware.
• Minimum 2 years of general practice experience preferred.
• Confident in performing routine surgeries and comfortable with sick/wellness exams.
• Excellent communication and bedside manner.
• Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Your Role and Impact 

As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the standard of care we provide. This includes:

• Providing compassionate, high-quality general practice or ER care, depending on your interest and shift.
• Performing a wide range of procedures—from wellness exams and dental cleanings to advanced surgeries and emergency interventions.
• Collaborating closely with a highly skilled support team, including licensed techs and experienced DVMs.
• Leveraging advanced technology like CT, endoscopy, digital radiography, in-house diagnostics, and more.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and continuity of care.
