The Old Saloon is looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to join our exceptional dining team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for providing astonishing service to our guests while ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and provide recommendations to enhance each guest's experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have a keen ability to anticipate customer needs. Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer any questions guests may have.
Take orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale software.
Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience as a server, preferably in a restaurant setting.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings, is a plus.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
