Hvac Installer

Your main Tasks:

• Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and codes.
• Lead on installing commercial HVAC systems, from equipment to duct, fittings, grills, etc.
• Layout and connect electrical wiring.
• Perform startups on HVAC systems and ensure they function properly.
• Help determine time, material, and people needed for assigned projects.
• Build positive relationships with employees, contractors, vendors, estimators, project managers, etc.
• Knowledge of blueprints, building codes, specifications and accurately relaying that information to your team to complete daily goals.
• Mentor other employees and be willing to help with other trades, as needed.

Experience or Certification needed:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of verifiable Commercial HVAC experience.

You need to be able to:

• Keep it a Drug-free Workplace.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Work 10-hour days and overtime as needed.
• Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors.
• Stand and walk throughout the workday, and lift/carry up to 60 lbs.
• Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending.
