JOB SUMMARY

This position is to educate the customer and sell water treatment. This induvial will head up our water treatment department including training. This person would also run all tech turnovers and marketed leads.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• The Technician would need to generate sales for water treatment.
• This individual needs to be an excellent communicator and very comfortable in person and on the phone.
• Sales experience preferred in water treatment but is not required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

JOB DUTIES

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call.
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness with all working equipment.
• This individual is responsible for following up with the customer. We have three ways to follow up with our customers; a phone call, email, and text message.
• Will regularly need to meet monthly and yearly KPIs.
