Job Description

Property Management company seeking an experienced temporary porter for luxury residential building.

Duties & Responsibilities

Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and/or apartments with pending move-in dates.

Ensure all common areas, amenities and back rooms are clean and clear of debris
Sweep, mop and vacuum all common areas of the buildings

Clean glass
Dust and clean fixtures

Operate trash chute and maintain

Take trash to curbside on trash days

Confirm curbside is clear of all debris after trash pick up
Follows established procedures set by management
Assists handyman as instructed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proficiency in English
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must have a good history of job dependability and responsibility
Previous relevant work experience
