• setting up production area
• operating all equipment in the department
• documenting equipment inspections and reporting unsafe conditions or damage to product, equipment or facility
• labeling and ensuring accurate inventory of fresh ingredients and final product
• selecting sub kits for designated stores
• maintaining clean equipment and work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• performing quality inspections of finished product
• accurately completing and maintaining all paperwork required by the position including accounting, quality, and production documentation and
• other duties as assigned.
