We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Beertender to join our team. As a Beertender, you will play a key role in curating a great beer experience for our guests and enhancing their overall dining experience.

Responsibilities will include pouring and serving beer, providing recommendations on beer selections, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the beer taps and bar area, and ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service practices.

Responsibilities

• Pour and serve a variety of beers on tap and in bottles
• Guide guests in selecting beers based on their preferences and menu offerings
• Keep the beer taps and bar area clean and organized
• Assist guests with any beer-related questions or requests
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all applicable liquor laws and regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Beertender or similar role in a beer-focused establishment
• Extensive knowledge of different beer styles, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
• Passion for craft beer and a desire to share that passion with others
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
