Job Description

Job Title: Product Designer Location: USA,Texas,Dallas About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to join our growing product team. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products from concept through execution. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to solve user problems through thoughtful and intuitive design. What You’ll Do: Own the end-to-end design process for new features and improvements, from discovery to delivery. Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring your designs to life. Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility across the company. Contribute to and help maintain our design system and style guide. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer. Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design work on web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design, and interaction design principles. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus Points: Experience working in agile teams. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) is a plus. Previous work in SaaS or B2B environments.
