About the Wait Staff position

We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant wait staff to join our company. This position is for EVENING/DINNER shift. You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.

Wait Staff responsibilities are:

• Providing customers with menus

• Focusing on guests during service hours

• Greeting guests and presenting menus

• Making suggestions based on guest preferences

• Taking and serving food/drinks orders

• Arranging table settings

• Keeping tables clean and tidy at all times

• Delivering checks and collecting payments

• Cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff

• Adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Wait Staff requirements are:

Experience as a wait staff/server
Good charismatic character
Customer friendly
Able to take and deliver orders efficiently/quickly
Good problem-solving skills

** Must be able to help with Banquet events when needed

** Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
