Job Title: UX DesignerLocation: USA,Texas,DallasJob Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a talented and empathetic UX Designer to join our growing product team. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered experiences across our digital platforms. Collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, you'll translate business requirements into seamless and engaging user journeys.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to understand user needs and behaviors

Translate research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Design and iterate on user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns

Work closely with product managers and developers to implement designs that meet user and business needs

Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system

Advocate for design best practices and user-centric thinking across the organization

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar

Strong understanding of UX research methodologies

Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Experience working in agile teams

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Portfolio demonstrating UX design process and outcomes

Preferred:

Experience designing for SaaS products

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
