HVAC Selling Technician Responsibilities:

May assist with product demonstrations and installations.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC issues
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
Identify and prospect potential customers
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Negotiate and close sales deals
Assist with installations as needed
Working knowledge of electrical and ductwork systems
Ensure customer satisfaction

HVAC Selling Technician Soft Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to build rapport with customers
Problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
Sales and negotiation skills

HVAC Selling Technician Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
HVAC certification
HVAC industry experience
EPA certification
Valid driver’s license
Ability to use a tablet and smartphone
Ability to follow processes and procedures
