The Role:

We are hiring experienced Table Games Dealers! Our Dealers are responsible for the proper operation of their designated table game, exchanging chips for cash, calculating payoffs for wagers and providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) core games. Blackjack as well as other games are currently preferred. This position is part time with benefits on swing shift. Strong mathematical skills, superior guest service skills and the ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which they have received training. Responsible for providing an overall unique gaming experience to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Individually and personally responsible for customer loyalty and return visitation by building relationships through one of a kind customer interaction.
• Exchange chips for cash.
• Calculates odds for payment.
• Properly operates and conducts games in professional manner.
• Compliance with all gaming regulations.
• Protect gaming equipment and company assets.
• Compliance with all customer service programs implemented by the company.
• Positive and professional appearance.
• Promotes positive public relations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Reading, writing, simple arithmetic, mathematics, good color vision, finger and arm dexterity, good vision, speaking, hearing, sitting, standing, lifting, bending, working under pressure and working rapidly for long periods.
• The physical requirements are general requirements for this position. The actual exertion level (and frequency of use) can and does fluctuate depending on the individual tasks being performed.

Working Conditions:

• Mostly indoors and generally climate-controlled environment, occasionally outdoors.
• Noise, smoke, and odors.
• Working with others and independently.

Hiring Bonus:

Table Game dealers with experience, will receive a $3,500 hiring bonus, broken out as follows.

• $500 paid upon start date.
• $1500 90 days of good employment
• Remaining $1500 paid out at the completion of 1 year service (in good standi

Qualifications:

• One year or more of dealing experience.
• Properly trained and licensed.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Enthusiastic customer services skills.
• Ability to successfully complete dealer auditions in the games for which dealer has received training.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge and prior training in two or more of the following games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and any variation of the above-mentioned games.
• Responsible for compliance in conducting the operation of one or more of the following games: Craps, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini Baccarat, Let It Ride, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and any variation of the above-mentioned games.

License Requirements:

Rhode Island Department of Business Regulations Gaming Operations License
