About the Role:
GreenLife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation team in Clovis, NM. In this per-diem role, you’ll help support patients' daily care and recovery through compassionate, hands-on service during overnight 12-hour shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility)
- Observe and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff
- Support therapy and rehabilitation efforts
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient areas
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record system
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver person-centered care

Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Licensure: Active New Mexico CNA license and BLS certification
- Experience: Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficient in ADLs, monitoring vital signs, EHR documentation, and infection control
