Job Description

A Pipe Welder prepares and welds pipe and fittings for various material types as specified by construction drawings and technical guidance documents.

The requirements for the position are as follows:

 Must have a minimum of 3 months of Tig CuNi Pipe Welding experience; andMust successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on Tig (heli-arc) pipe welding test on CuNi (copper nickel) pipe in a 6G position on 2 in pipe with 3/32 in wall thickness using a gas purge with 1/8 in root opening with all uphill weld progression.
